Note that the Logs tab is only available in Access Control if you have one of the 'Retrieve Audit Logs' permissions (more info).
Audit logs can be viewed or downloaded via the Logs tab of Access Control.
What is an audit log & what do you need it for?
An audit log records the actions performed by all users in the Priva Digital Services. Examples of user actions recorded in the audit log:
Changing a setpoint in Operator
Acknowledging an alarm in Notification Center
Inviting a user in Access Control
An audit log provides security-relevant documentary evidence of the sequence of activities that have affected at any time a specific operation, procedure, event, or device.
The retention period for audit logs is 10 years.
Note that logs are not yet supported for all services.

The table shows the main information about the logged events. Clicking on a row in the table gives more detailed information about that specific event.
Why do I see other organizations?
The table shows the actions performed in the sites that your organization has access to. Other organizations may also have access to some of the same sites. The actions performed by users of other organizations in these sites will also appear in the table. For privacy reasons, for these actions the table shows 'user of organization [...]' instead of the name of the user.
Why is column Site empty for some events?
Some actions are not related to a site (e.g., assigning user permissions). Column Site only shows the site name for actions that are related to a site.
Why can’t I set a time range greater than 30 days?
A greater range may cause the page to take too long to load. You can download the audit log if you want a greater time range.
Download audit log file
The downloaded log file contains all available raw data and is not easy to read. It also contains data that is not useful to you, such as IDs. A downloaded log file can be useful if you want to (let Priva) further investigate the audit log.
