Overview

The Labor Activity App (formerly known as FS Performance Activity App) enables efficient labor registration through NFC scanning in a multi-user environment. This functionality is part of Priva One Labor Management, designed to optimize labor planning and execution for profitable crop production.

Why Use Multi-User Mode?

Multi-user mode allows multiple employees to register their activities simultaneously using shared devices. This ensures:

  • Faster registration during peak labor times.

  • Reduced device dependency, as workers can log tasks without needing individual devices.

  • Accurate tracking of labor performance and quality across multiple crops.

Prerequisites

  • A site connected to Priva Cloud.

  • Active subscription for Priva One Labor Management.

  • NFC-enabled FS Readers or compatible scanning devices.

  • Labor Activity App installed on shared devices.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Labor Activity App
Ensure the app is running on a shared device configured for multi-user mode.

  2. Select Multi-User Mode
From the app settings, enable multi-user functionality to allow multiple workers to log activities concurrently.

  3. Scan NFC Tag
Each worker scans their personal NFC tag or badge using the FS Reader or device’s NFC capability.

  4. Choose Assigned Task
After scanning, the app displays tasks assigned to the worker. Simply tap to accept and start the activity.

  5. Confirm Completion
When the task is finished, the worker scans again to confirm completion. This updates labor performance and quality metrics in real time.

Benefits

  • Seamless Integration: Data syncs automatically with Priva One for centralized crop and labor management.

  • Performance Monitoring: Supervisors can track progress and quality throughout the week.

  • Scalable: Supports planning for multiple crops and non-crop activities.

Additional Notes

  • Existing FS Readers remain compatible for labor registration.

  • Labor Management features are cloud-only; on-premise FS Performance servers will not support new functionalities.
