Go to the settings tab. The first section is "Time zone". Click on the edit button. Select your time zone from the drop-down menu. When the correct time zone has been selected, click on the Set time zone in the lower right corner of the screen.
Note that when "All sites" is selected, the Settings tab will not show any settings. To see valid settings, first select a site.
