If you have received an email from Priva ([email protected]) titled “Update Your Priva Account,” this means your administrator intends to change the type of your account to enhance the security of your authorization method. The email will specify the new account type that your administrator has enforced, which can be either Microsoft Azure AD (AAD) or a custom account with multifactor authentication (MFA).

MFA is an account setting and is not tied to a specific organization. Therefore, if your administrator requires MFA for their organization, you will need to sign in using MFA for all organizations to which your account has access.

To configure your new account, please use the button provided in the email. Your current account will be disabled within 14 days or immediately, at the discretion of your administrator. The invitation is valid for 30 days, as mentioned in the email.
