There are situations where it may happen that no organization is linked to your account. A screen will appear with the error message No organizations found.

See which solution is needed for your situation:

You’ve always had access to use the Priva cloud services for this organization, but that access is no longer available.

The administrator of the organization has removed you from Access Control.

If you shouldn’t have been removed, ask the administrator to invite you again via Access Control.

After clicking the link in the invitation email, please don't create a new account. Instead, you can choose to sign in with the account you already have (Azure AAD account or Priva account). This account will then be re-linked to the organization.

Despite accepting the invitation and creating an account (via AAD or Priva account), you don’t have access to use the Priva cloud services for this organization.

After accepting the invitation and creating an account, your account wasn’t linked to the organization (e.g., due to poor WiFi on a mobile device, power outage, or an incident at Microsoft or Priva cloud services).

Click the link in the invitation email again.

In the next step, please don't create a new account; instead, you can choose to sign in with the account that was already created (Microsoft Azure AD or Priva account). This account will then still be linked to the organization.
