Why do I not see the role I want to assign to an organization?

After initiating site sharing with another organization, the default is to share all permissions. The organization can also be assigned a role, which is a collection of permissions. If the role you want to assign is not available, you may need to create it. To create or edit roles, navigate to Roles. More information about roles.
