An automated synchronization mechanism has been implemented to align alarms between computers, the Operator, and Notification Center. This cloud-based update requires no additional effort on your part.
How it works
Every night at 01:00 UTC, a synchronization process takes place to address any missed alarms that may have resulted from temporary connectivity issues. The system compares alarms in Notification Center with those on Priva computers and synchronizes any discrepancies.
In Notification Center, alarms may reappear with an exclamation mark ⚠️, indicating that previously missed alarms have been restored for accuracy. These system alarms will not trigger new notifications (such as emails, SMS, or push messages) but are included for completeness.
