In addition to receiving notifications via email and SMS/text messages, you can also get push notifications when high-severity alarms are activated. Push notifications are clickable pop-up messages that appear on your mobile device and are sent directly through the app.
How to receive push notifications
To receive push notifications on an iOS or Android device, install the Notification Center app for iOS or Android. When prompted, make sure to allow the app to send you push notifications. You can always adjust your notification settings in your device's settings.
You can download and install the Notification Center iOS app or the Notification Center Android app.
Receiving too many push notifications?
If you're receiving too many notifications, you have a few options. You can temporarily or permanently turn off notifications for a specific alarm in your personal settings. Alternatively, you can create rules to reduce the number of push notifications you receive, either through personal or organizational settings.
If you prefer not to receive any push notifications at all, you can block them in your mobile device's notification settings.
