Besides notifications via email and SMS/text messages, you can receive push notifications when high severity alarms activate. Push notifications are clickable pop-up messages that appear on your mobile device. These messages are sent directly to you via the app.

To receive push notifications on an iOS or Android device, you need to install the Notification Center iOS app

or Notification Center Android app

. When prompted, allow the app to send push notifications. You can always adjust notification settings via the settings on your device.

Turn off notifications to temporarily or indefinitely not receive any type of notifications for a specific alarm (personal setting). Or create rules to reduce the number of push notifications (personal or organizational setting).

If you do not want to receive any push notifications at all, you can block them in the notification settings of your mobile device.
