There are two ways to reboot the Edge Gateway: a hard reboot (on-premise) and a soft reboot (remotely).
The instructions below apply to both gateway types: Edge Gateway (5200007) and Edge Gateway NA347 (5200015).
Hard reboot via ON/OFF button
Press the ON/OFF button.
After 1 minute, the gateway is off, and the power LED lights up red (5200007) or yellow (5200015).Press the ON/OFF button again.
After 1 minute, the gateway is back online.
Soft reboot via Installation & Maintenance
To perform a soft reboot, you need the Access Control permission ‘Manage Devices’.
Go to Installation & Maintenance
Click on the gateway in the device overview.
Click on the three dots, then select Reboot, and Confirm.
After 3 to 10 minutes, the gateway will be back online.
