Please find below the prerequisites for using Horticulture API Services:
The APIs are specifically designed for Horticulture customers and partners.
A Priva Connected subscription is required. The APIs utilize the Priva cloud, which you must purchase as part of the subscription
You must have a Priva account
Your greenhouse needs to be connected to the Priva cloud via a gateway
There needs to be data in the Priva cloud. You can verify this by visiting Operator at operator.priva.com. If you see data there, the APIs will also work
You must purchase a Priva Horticulture API Services subscription
