For service purposes, Priva may occasionally need to access a customer environment to conduct root-cause analysis and resolve issues. This means that while Priva employees may have access to the customer environment as discussed, this access may not be visible within the customer's interface.
Please note that Priva employees have view-only access and cannot make any changes to settings. With the introduction of the Site Sharing functionality, these connections are now transparent to users.
Site administrators have the authority to revoke access at any time. Additionally, to ensure the security of customer systems, all actions performed during this access are logged in the Audit Trail.
