Although Operator works with Gateway V2, Operator functions best when used with an up-to-date Edge Gateway in combination with one or more Connext process computers running the latest software. Some recent Operator features are only compatible with the Edge Gateway.
You can identify your gateway type by the sticker on it. If you have an Edge Gateway, use the Installation & Maintenance app to check its status and update modules.
To find your Connext version, click the Help (question mark) button in the top right corner of the Operator app. If you want to switch from a V2 Gateway to an Edge Gateway, contact Priva or your Installation Partner. All V2 Gateways will be replaced by Edge Gateways soon.
